• Clients warrant they own or have rights to any materials (logos, text, images) provided to us.

Devine Digital is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from service delays, errors, or third-party actions.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Unpaid fees remain due.
